Project manager in the field of cybersecurity (m/f/d)

As a project manager (m/w/d) at the cyber agency, you are working on a diverse range of topics and support the technical project management in the planning, organisation and management of the research commissioned by the cyber agency. Your activities include: Administrative management and documentation of the progress of the Agency's research projects in close cooperation with the field of research and innovation, as well as accompanying and implementing different in-house projects Monitoring/ controlling project status (termine, cost, performance/quality) and monitoring and controlling risks in projects throughout their duration Accompanying the continuous improvement and digital implementation of project management processes, methods and instruments Examination of offers and reports from external research partners from project management perspective Monitoring, evaluation of the performance of the contracted service providers Data processing and provision for responsible agencies in the Agency Creation of statistical overviews for portfolio management Planning of project capacities and resources and their control Creation of concepts, guides and manuals Training of employees on project processes and tools Support in the processing of ad hoc requests by the higher-level ministries

Master or Diplom-Universität in the field of science, social science or economics or a comparable qualification Experience in managing complex projects (research and development projects, specialist and/or IT projects) Knowledge of common project management methods Experience in handling project management-specific software solutions as well as common office solutions Very good linguistic expressiveness in word and writing (DE/EN) High performance, agility, design competence and implementation strength, corresponding to the special work environment Standing for occasional national missions These qualifications are desirable Including project management certification, e.g. IPMA, PRINCE2, PMBOK, ICAgile, Scrum Systematic, careful, solution-oriented and proactive operation Extensive analytical capacity, willingness to work on new topics in the short term and the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner Educational communication and organizational talent in cooperation with various stakeholders and joy in working in a scientific context Responsibility and discretion in the daily work environment
