You carry out the complete monthly fee billing for a clearly defined group of persons in the German IG-Metall-Tarifumfeld, advise employees and executives and ensure the correct implementation of all statutory, collective and internal requirements. As a contact person for external offices and institutions such as financial offices, health insurance companies and authorities, you take over the communication and reliably ensure that all billing-relevant processes take place in a timely and legally compliant manner. To do this, you will create reports, proofs and certificates. You are responsible for the care, quality assurance and further development of our LOGA-Payroll system as well as our time management system and work closely with HR, Finance and IT. At the same time, you will ensure that processes are documented in a stable, efficient and clean manner and support monthly and annual work. As a support in HR reporting, you can participate in selected evaluations based on workday and LOGA data, but always as a secondary focus, as your focus is clearly on the payroll.

You have several years of experience in German pay billing and feel safe in dealing with tariff regulations – ideally in the context of IG Metall – as well as in the application of tax, social insurance and labour law regulations. Thanks to your very good knowledge of LOGA or a comparable payroll system, you are happy to work on the continuous development of processes, types of wages and data flows in order to improve efficiency and quality sustainably. You work structured, precise and responsible, communicate clearly with employees, executives, test instances and internal interfaces and feel safe in exchange both in German (C1) and in English (B2). A certain affinity for numbers and data completes your profile. Ideally, you can present first experiences in reporting.
