Your responsibility lies in the development, guidance and control of the Maintenance and Light Modification division, including the optimization of existing processes and the development of new processes in coordination with other departments. You plan and organize maintenance and develop maintenance strategies for prevention. In doing so, you will ensure the availability of critical spare parts, analyze failures and initiate necessary emergency measures. Conversions and adaptations to components of industrial trucks are also your responsibility. You coordinate light steel construction work, such as adjustments to frames or support structures, and you can look at the quality and compliance of safety standards when modifying them. In addition, you ensure and maintain the certification according to DIN EN ISO 3834, including monitoring of welding processes and compliance with all relevant quality requirements. The leadership of your employees is your focus: you recognize potentials, take over personnel planning and carry out instruction. You will forget about other services in close coordination with production and facility management. Last but not least, you'll start risk assessments, carry out statutory audits, analyze, and track maintenance indicators for better control of your area.

Complete technical training as well as an at least 2-year training (e.g. technician or master) or a corresponding study Completion as a welding specialist (IWS) - alternatively the willingness to make this conclusion Multiannual professional and management experience in the maintenance environment with very good technical understanding of production facilities Secure handling of MS Office, SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA Possibly a ticket for industrial trucks and lifting platforms Very good German and good English skills A communicative, motivating and responsible team player personality with hands-on mentality, which is self-confident and high-quality (KVP), occupational safety and time loyalty.
