(Senior) Consultant Food Factories & Large-Scale Catering Facilities (m/f/d)

Lead and manage projects or work packages for the development of innovative factory concepts and layouts for (inflight) catering facilities, industrial kitchens, convenience food production, and food Analyze, measured, and optimize production and kitchen processes, deriving tailored solutions for our clients Provide strategic consulting to clients in GCC region on investment decisions, efficiency improvements and sustainability concepts Work in interdisciplinary project teams while maintaining close collaboration with clients and suppliers Ensure great results and consistency across all project phases and present results to decision-makers at executive level

University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification First experience in the design, planning, optimization, or implementation of food production or large-scale industrial kitchens In-depth understanding of processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in food production and catering Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions Business-fluent in English, additional German is a plus High willingness to travel
