We are looking at the city of Ulm at 01.09.2025 or at a different time Assistant (m/w/d) Parttime, limited with an employment rate of 70% and initially fixed for 2 years. The music school is a large cultural and educational institution of the city of Ulm. 2,800 pupils are taught here by about 100 teachers with a teaching volume of 1,500 hours per week. In a house full of music, the music school offers an interesting and varied working environment.

Payment is made up to 10 TVöD.

Your tasks: • Supporting school management through independent research, creating templates and statistical evaluations • independent support of current and future projects such as inclusion, protection concept or the like • responsible care of building matters • Organisation and support of events, projects and workshops (even in the evening and weekends) • Support in other areas of music school management • Coordination of existing work in the case of absence of school management and deputy school management

Your profile: • completed studies in the field of culture or administration, ideally related to an activity in a cultural or Education • Agility and joy in various tasks • versatility, openness, fast conception • Loadability, flexibility and ready-to-use also evening and weekends • Analytical skills and organizational talent • high social competence, integrity, discretion and loyalty • very good communication skills in German (orally and in writing; Level C2) • very high team capability and sovereignty
