We are looking for you as a dedicated application engineer (gn). In this indefinite position, you play a responsible role in the technical implementation and optimization of coating processes for demanding customer requirements. A diverse field of activity, modern technologies and a motivated team awaits you, working together on pioneering solutions.

Your role in our team Technical implementation: independent application of layer applications taking into account customer requirements. Process development: development and optimization of series processes and technologies as well as derivation and maintenance of presetting and planning times. Process Engineering support: participation in the design of new and optimization of existing coating devices. Analysis and optimization: implementation of vulnerability analyses (e.g. 5-Why) and continuous process improvement (KVP). Documentation: preparation and maintenance of technical documents, process and assembly plans as well as process and work instructions. Quality and safety standards: ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations, environmental requirements and legal requirements. Improvement management: support in implementing optimization measures and innovations.

Your profile Training & experience: Complete professional training or many years of experience in coating technology, surface technology, HVOF, vacuum and/or plasma technology. Technical know-how: knowledge of mechanical coating components and experience in handling precision tools and components. Special knowledge: Professional experience in thermal coating, CNC and robot programming (ABB/Kuka). IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP. Soft Skills: team skills, flexibility, independent and structured working methods and high self-initiative. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English. Continuing training: technician, master's degree or comparable qualification of advantage. Economic understanding: Good sense of business relations. Knowledge of CAD/solid edge of advantage
