HR generalists / personnel officers (m/f/d)

Consulting and support of employees (w/m/d) in all HR relevant issues Pre- and post-processing of monthly salary billing Support for the entire recruiting process, from job registration, participation in job interviews and support for the entire applicant management to recruitment Creating job descriptions, contracts and certificates Cooperation with the Works Council Maintenance of personal files, personnel master files and personnel time management Implementation of personnel processes (e.g. calculation of premiums / bonuses / target agreements, J-SOX, employee talks, ISO certifications, training) Participation in internal and external HR reports (Headcount, Gender Pay Gap, CSRD) Designing personal marketing, human resources development and health management as well as optimizing existing HR processes and tools Care and development of occupational health management

You have a university degree or a commercial training; would be desirable for additional training to/from the personnel specialist You have several years of professional experience in an international environment, ideally in a sales company You have a well-founded knowledge of labour, wage and social security law You bring experience in handling MS Office programs, especially good Excel as well as, if necessary. SAP knowledge with Team spirit, communication strength and an independent way of working belong to your own understanding You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
