Head of Testing Laboratory / Calibration - Hesse (m/f/d)

We are looking for a leading international company in industrial measuring technology in Hessen:n Head:in Test Technology. In this responsible position, you take over the management of a central testing and calibration centre, ensure compliance with all quality and legal standards and consistently drive the automation of the testing processes. This makes you a decisive contribution to increasing efficiency, process reliability and product quality in a highly technological industrial environment.

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as targeted further development of the team in the testing and calibration center

Control and continuous optimization of production and testing processes

Planning of capacities, material and personnel use and carrying out predictive risk management

Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with legal requirements for new introductions

Technical development and automation of test benches to increase efficiency

Implementation of measures to optimize processes, quality and productivity

Responsibility for budget, investment and spare parts management

Organisation and coordination of maintenance and maintenance activities

Close cooperation with adjacent areas such as production, development and other internal interfaces

Complete technical studies (e.g. automation/regulating technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) and multi-year experience in measuring technology

Experience with the leadership of a heterogeneous team

Embossed technical and analytical understanding, combining communication strength and enforcement

Practice in modern production methods (Lean, Six Sigma)

Hands-on in the automation/programming of test sequences (e.g. Excel macros, Python, LabVIEW)
