Professional control and management of a specialized optimization team as well as creation of management reporting based on defined KPIs.
Systematic reduction of material losses and elimination of weak points in the manufacturing processes at the two plants (Hamburg and Thüringen).
Comprehensive process analysis of rubber production including detailed data collection and meaningful metric analysis.
Close, interdisciplinary cooperation with the departments F&E, manufacturing, quality assurance and technology for designing and prioritizing feasible solutions.

Precise monthly reports and sound basis of decision for internal management (stakeholders).
Development and implementation of target group-specific training and instruction in order to permanently secure the process success achieved.
Successfully completed university studies (e.g. chemical engineering) or equivalent technical training.
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the chemical industry or rubber production, including at least 3 years of active process improvement.
Detectional deep knowledge in the field of production process optimization, ideally proven by a Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or comparable).
Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to communicate convincingly at all hierarchical levels (shopfloor to management).
Safe handling of common systems such as SAP (ERP), statistics software (OEE) and MS Office and Power BI.
Ready for business trips between the works in Waltershausen and Hamburg.
