Service driver (m/f/d)

For our customers in Berlin we are looking for service drivers (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• [90 %] Leading utility vehicles (DKfz)
• Guide the DKfz to the promotion of people, postal and property (not only occasionally beyond regular working hours)
• Guide and care of the travel book
• Maintenance and cleaning of the DKfz (including the self-driven car)

[10%] General service activities at all locations, including:

• Post transport between the Fasanenstraße and the Spreebogen
• Postal distribution in the mail distribution rooms
• Office supplies and distribution
• change of toner in the multifunction devices
• Fill copying paper
• Cleaning and filling of coffee and water machines
• Filling up tea varieties
• Making photos

Your profile:

Required:

• Valid driving permit class B
• Proven experience in driving passenger cars, ideally in the professional environment
• Safe and responsible driving behaviour in Berlin city traffic
• Experience in the guidance and care of a travel book
• readiness to verify the safety in accordance with § 9 SÜG (Federal Central Register / Advanced Management Certificate)

While:

• experience in driving services for authorities, companies or similar entities
• Experience in the promotion of persons and/or property
• knowledge in the field of vehicle maintenance and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of general service activities (e.g. post distribution, material transport)
• Experience in handling multifunctional devices and office technology

Personal requirements:

• Reliability, punctuality and discretion
• Friendly and professional appearance to passengers and colleagues
• willingness to work outside regular working hours
• Self-employed and careful working
