You check, analyze and document sustainability-relevant master data and KPIs – e.g. to recycle parts, packaging weights or the recyclability of packaging You are planning and updating packaging and master data in SAP, JIRA and internal tools, thus ensuring high data quality You create and manage packaging specifications, unit lists, logistics data as well as compliance declarations for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging You carry out measurements and weighings for data collection and agree closely with wage manufacturers and external partners Analyze and optimise internal processes, simplify existing processes and use AI-based solutions to increase efficiency in data management Through a structured and pragmatic data management, you ensure the quality and consistency of all relevant packaging data – including monitoring, correction and care You create and submit a new packaging briefings request catalog, taking into account the PPWR specifications, working closely with Packaging Innovation, Masterdata and R&D SPOCs

You have completed a training or study in the field of packaging, packaging technology or a comparable subject Ideally, you bring first professional experience in packaging development or in packaging environment You have a good understanding of packaging materials, technologies and relevant processes You have a basic know-how in the areas of quality, sustainability and regulatory – ideally focusing on packaging You work safely with MS Office, SAP as well as digital communication and data management tools and convince with a structured knowledge and data management You score with an independent and solution-oriented way of working, good project management and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate technical facts clearly You have knowledge of German and good English as well as a basic understanding of COGS calculations, price enquiries, competitive analyses and contracting
