Employee Internal Sales – Factoring (m/f/d)

You support our sales team in the day-to-day business and make sure that everything goes around in the background You provide offers and factoring contracts, collect in-depth inquiries and assemble the documents for onboarding new customers You take over the telephone and written correspondence about ongoing sales operations and coordinates appointments for the field service You provide customer and sales data in our systems and keeps track of recurrences, deadlines and open processes You work closely with sales, risk assessment and accounting management and support in the follow-up of offers and the further development of our sales processes

Closed commercial training, e.g. as a bank businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management or insurance and finance – or a comparable qualification First experience in the sales service, in customer support or in the financial services environment of advantage – dedicated cross-comers are welcome to us Communication strength on the phone and in correspondence as well as joy in supporting others and bringing things to a reliable conclusion Structured, careful operation and fun to control multiple processes in parallel Secure handling of MS Office and openness for digital tools and new systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
