Our innovative project Game4All – Mobile e-sport for all brings a barrier-poor, fully equipped gaming room on tour in rural and urban regions of Saxony and Thuringia. In this way, we give young people access to modern technology, media competence and activity**.

Our offer mixes E-Sport-Sessions, interactive workshops and Peer-Coaching to a unique XP boost: We promote digital participation, strengthen media and mobility and bring young people and their parents into play together.

To enable our project to start, we are looking for Teamplayer who want to accompany young people as they rise to the next media literacy level, to bring Technology to light and to actively shape our mobile gaming concept.

Your New Task

• Replacement of our Game4All project
• Conceptual work (media education) and project development
• Preparation and design of Workshops, Peer-Coaching, Elterncoaching and E-Sportturning in institutions of youth work, schools and other institutions
• Network work and Public work
• Acquises of partners and the establishment and maintenance of Cooperations
• Dealing with E-Sport topics and deriving media content for youth work
• Design of the use of the Game4All "Gaming Trailer" in combination Sachsen/Thüringen
• Project evaluation and preparation of the Project guidance

Your profile

• **Social pedagogue (w/m/d) / Social worker (w/m/d)* or comparable qualification
• Required is an additional media education
• Experience in the areas of Youth, Group, Project and Network Work
• Interest and experience in Gaming, E-Sport and Digital Media
• Compulsory and independent work**
• Guide class B, ideally class BE or willingness to acquire it
• Contemporary flexibility
