Strategic and operational development of the Scho brand in the Instant Drinks division Responsibility for design, care and sustainability of the packaging world Briefing, control and quality assurance of external agencies and service providers Preparation of presentations, product and sales documents Development and implementation of marketing measures in close coordination with sales Central interface function to the Ratzeburg site and the Managing Director Sales Support, further development and professionalisation of our digital channels (including LinkedIn, Instagram, websites) Bringing in know-how and best practices on digital topics within the group Participation in building and developing possible e-commerce activities for the brand Scho Participation in brand projects and relaunch topics Support in the planning and implementation of trade fairs and selection of suitable advertising materials

Successfully completed studies focusing on marketing/BWL or a comparable qualification Professional experience in marketing, product management or in a comparable function, ideally in the B2B environment Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, social media and ideally e-commerce Good understanding of brand management, design and market requirements Experience in cooperation with agencies and external partners Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Designed communicative skills and joy in cross-disciplinary cooperation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
