To strengthen our family business in 3rd generation, we are looking for your support for commercial assistance activities in the rental management. Here you can take on varied tasks and start in full-time or part-time as Projektmanager /

You take over the correspondence with tenants, companies and authorities. You also support the coordination and execution of maintenance, maintenance and repair work on our property. You also perform tasks in accounting – e.g. the invoice processing and the production of the heating and auxiliary cost accounting. Predictively organize apartment visits and manage the operations in the office in the day-to-day business. Last but not least, as a service-competent contact person, you can help the parties in case of housing removals and transfers etc.

A completed commercial training, e.g. for the real estate businesswoman or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the lease management or real estate industry Communication strength as well as a friendly and professional appearance towards tenants and service providers Very good German knowledge in word and writing, ideally residence in Germany Know-how to commercial, technical and legal relationships, number affinity, organizational skills and team orientation. An independent, structured way of working and driving licence Class B for (short) trips to real estate
