Commercial branch manager m/w/d Place of use: Calau bei Cottbus Reference number: 2026-1450 Working time: Full time

Takeover of the responsible and organisational management of the Calau branch Professional and disciplinary leadership of a commercial team Ensuring personnel and resource planning Development and implementation of commercial orientation taking into account higher-level strategies and internal and external guidelines and laws Responsibility for ensuring and optimising commercial services, including planning and budgeting, monthly and annual financial statements and contract and insurance management Contact person for management, regional management and customers Observation of competitors, potential customers and market trends

Completed degree (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) in the field of Business Administration / Economic Engineering / Electrical Engineering, alternatively completed commercial or technical training with further education to the specialist m/w/d Multiannual experience required in a commercial position and first leadership experience Safe handling of MS-Office and SAP required, contract knowledge in the field of VOB and BGB as well as very good German knowledge (min. level B2) Impressed awareness of economic responsibility and hands on mentality, communication strength, resilience and economic thinking
