Support for the continuous implementation of the DMK Group sustainability strategy at the Holdorf site Consultation and support of the location management as well as the specialist departments in all issues relating to energy management Contact person (m/w/d) for internal and external audits of the energy management system according to ISO 50.001 Implementation of the local energy management system based on central requirements Supporting the technical control of energy management by preparing and providing key figures, analyses and relevant data Implementation and organisation of specialist training for different target groups Construction, development and maintenance of the company's energy data collection as well as key figures for essential energy consumers Planning, moderation and coordination of cross-disciplinary team meetings on energy at the different operating areas of the site Active cooperation in optimizing processes to improve energy performance and reduce energy costs Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners and service providers Cooperation in the planning and implementation of energy-relevant investment projects

Successfully completed technical studies, technical or master training or alternatively completed vocational training with multi-year professional experience in the field of technology, environmental technology, energy or sustainability management Knowledge in the field of renewable energy, energy efficiency technologies, sustainable production processes and relevant environmental and energy regulations are of advantage (knowledge ISO 50.001 standard) Safe handling of current MS Office applications Experience in handling SAP, in particular with SAP PM and SAP maintenance applications Understanding the organisation and development of management systems Impressed communication skills and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Good English knowledge of word and writing
