You will work in a team of 6–7 Shift Leads who jointly manage daily operations, each with a dedicated focus area: picking, returns (empty containers), and onboarding & training By leading from the front and motivating your team, you will manage the shift during ongoing operations and support your colleagues when it matters most You monitor KPIs, derive action measures, and ensure order and occupational safety Through regular feedback and development discussions, you identify your team members' strengths and support their growth and potential You act as the direct link between the Logistics Lead and the control center at headquarters, providing feedback from the warehouse and implementing improvements quickly on site

You have initial leadership experience in logistics, gastronomy, retail, or another operational environment You use this experience to set priorities, make data-driven decisions, and stay in control even in dynamic situation You communicate clearly, respectfully, and empathetically, motivate your team, and lead by example You have a proactive mindset and strive to improve processes. When you see potential, you take initiative and implement improvements together with your team You have basic English skills to communicate on the floor and give instructions You are willing to work in a two-shift system
