Supporting parents and children to deal with the daily challenges such as governmental programmes, doctor visits, health care, financial affairs and the organisation of daily and weekly workflows and budget management. Accompanying the education process and acting as the main partner for a family. Planning and management of group activities for both parents and parents-child groups. Active participation in the management plan procedure and preparation of the corresponding documentation with great care. Introduction to team meetings to understand the processes in the institution well, to coordinate joint action and to introduce ideas. Cooperation with partners to strengthen the network with offices and authorities and social institutions. Willingness to work in shiftwork, weekends and holidays (usually no night shifts).

A completed study of the (social)pedagogy or an art related profession is the ideal basis for the activity as a social pedagogical/industrial employee. Professional and life experience are beneficial and complement the profile. Teamability and communication strength enable effective cooperation with colleagues and clients. Flexibility and resilience are important properties in order to be confident in challenging situations. A pronounced sensitivity helps to understand the needs and concerns of clients and to respond appropriately. Secure knowledge in MS-Office assist in the documentation and organization of work. An independent procedure allows tasks to be carried out independently and efficiently. Mobility and flexibility in working life are guaranteed by a Class B licence. A company car is available for service trips.
