Your tasks: As project manager, you will ensure the need-oriented and efficient planning as well as the implementation of complex infrastructure measures in the KIB framework and keep the defined project objectives at any time in mind Complex construction projects – including track constructions and technical track equipment – will be implemented taking into account all technical frameworks and standard specifications, as well as adhering to time, cost and quality. With your communication and coordination center, you control all internal and external project participants during the planning and construction phases and always focus on risk management Start-up permits, planning and construction releases, as well as the release of the construction design and project implementation, you collect and manage their proper implementation The creation of the budget plan, the coordination of purchasing planning and the decision on the assignment of planning and expert services are also part of your task As a visionary:includes innovative design designs for sustainable cost minimisation (Life Cycle Costs), prepares documentation for management as needed and secures a complete and regular inventory documentation
