In your role as Salesforce Consultant, Service Retention, you actively shape the further development of our global service processes and advance innovative solutions in a modern Salesforce ecosystem. In your role as Salesforce Consultant (m/w/d) Service Retention, Product Owner and international stakeholders advise you on the harmonisation, introduction and further development of group-wide service processes based on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service (FSL) As part of a self-organizing team, you develop and implement scalable salesforce solutions along the entire customer journey service and thus make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of our service organization After the analysis and assessment of technical requirements, you develop sustainable technical concepts, answer the configuration and continuous optimization of Salesforce solutions (including data models, automations, flows, validation rules and reporting) and accompany their implementation until successful use by the users With your ideas and innovative strength, you will actively contribute to the future of our Salesforce ecosystem and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures

Qualification: You have completed your studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification Experience: You bring at least three years of experience as Salesforce Consultant (m/w/d) and have implemented complex service processes based on Salesforce Service Cloud and ideally Salesforce Field Service Know-how and skills: You have profound knowledge in the configuration of salesforce solutions, data models, flows, validation rules and reports, as well as a strong understanding of service processes and their digitalization Nice to have: Experience in international project environments, integration scenarios, salesforce certifications as well as knowledge of agile working methods complement your profile ideally Personality: With high self-initiative, communication strength and team spirit, you create confidence in your stakeholders and understand how to communicate complex requirements in a comprehensible and targeted manner Language skills: You communicate safely in English and German
