Operation and monitoring of building control systems in operation Consumption, evaluation and forwarding of interference and alarm messages Conducting routine checks and system checks according to requirements Support in fault analysis and commissioning and coordination of external service providers in complex faults Maintenance and updating of operational protocols and plant documentation Supporting the specialist departments for operational enquiries (e.g. climate, lighting, access systems) Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and safety and quality standards

Do you have technical skills, a solution-oriented way of working and enjoy keeping buildings running? We look forward to your application! Complete technical training, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, building technology, information technology or a comparable qualification First experience in operating building control or MSR systems desirable Basic technical understanding for building systems (HLK, energy supply, safety technology) Basic knowledge of common GLT systems (e.g. Siemens Desigo, BACnet, Honeywell) Safe handling of MS-Office and readiness to incorporate into new systems Careful and reliable operation, team capability and readiness for shiftwork
