Your area: Service area Operation SAP CC The tasks of the SAP Competence Center at IT.NRW are the operation, quality assurance and further development of the SAP-based specialist procedures of the state of NRW as well as the necessary IT systems without SAP context. In addition to the existing platforms (including HCM and FI/CO), a central, nationwide personnel management system (my.NRW) based on SAP HCM is under construction. The interface area within the SAP CC is responsible for the design, installation and operation of all interfaces of and to all connected SAP methods.

Your main activity: You are entrusted with all areas of SAP interface technologies in the SAP CC. These include, in particular, the process analysis and the process design of both technical and professional processes. You work on the creation of technical requirements. You create technical interface concepts. You are responsible for problem analysis and solution in operation according to ITIL (2nd level support).

You bring with them: Graduate degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or in a degree course with IT reference As an alternative to studies: Completion as an operating professional or many years of relevant professional experience in IT At least three years of practical experience in the environment of technical interfaces Know-how in SAP interface technologies (e.g. ALE, Web-Service, RFC, O-Data) Practical IT project experience in the field of interface management Secure German (in Word and Writing) Also desirable are: Operational implementation of IT service processes (e.g. in the SAP Solution Manager) Knowledge of project management methods (e.g. Prince 2) and ITIL Basic knowledge in the field of IT security (BSI basic protection) and current database technologies (in particular SAP HANA) Your personality: Team spirit, open to dealing with changes Service and solution orientation Structured approach to complex tasks
