About the company

Our client is one of the largest psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinics in Germany. With 720 beds, a wide range of treatments at the highest level and a dedicated team of 790 employees, around 3,100 patients are provided annually, including young people from 12 years old. As an academic teaching hospital and in close cooperation with numerous universities, medical excellence, scientific innovation and the highest quality in patient care are considered. Currently we are planning to build a new child and youth psychiatric unit in a new location. This includes two stations with a total of 20 beds for children and young people aged between 12 and 18. You contribute to the structure and content of a new child- and youth-psychiatric organizational unit and actively shape processes, processes and quality standards from the outset. You take over the leadership of a newly created multi-professional team within the child and youth psychiatry You are responsible for the diagnosis and therapy of children and adolescents and create individual treatment plans, accompany their implementation and supervise the work of assistant physicians You establish methods for the systematic measurement and evaluation of the treatment results of the newly built unit and use them for the continuous further development of the supply quality. You work closely with the psychosomatic clinic in Prien and mutually benefit from professional exchange, coordinated interfaces and common perspectives on complex treatment processes. You are actively involved in the medical training and, for example, actively contribute to our youth curriculum You have the opportunity to work scientifically and participate in national and international specialist congresses
