Supporting our existing contacts – from the management of all relevant processes to improving our service quality and levels Acquisition of new employers and creative development of existing cooperations Planning, organisation and implementation of consultancy days – both online and personal on-site Implementation of employee presentations and individual consultation of the new employees of our customers Active care and continual expansion of the stock through own ideas and inno­vative impulses

A completed training in the banking or insurance sector, ideally with proven expertise in insurance Practical experience in the field of occupational pensions (bAV) or sales-oriented characteristics in insurance Enthusiasm for new challenges, power of pro­creation and a strong focus on success independent, structured work and excellent self-management Technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital solutions A pronounced service orientation and a high demand for quality and sustainability
