Electrical Engineer for Technical Operations Management in Electromobility

GP JOULE CONNECT projects charging infrastructure for e-mobility and offers solutions for charging parks, energy suppliers, gas stations, heavy duty, fleets, real estate and retail. With our 360-degree offer, we accompany our business customers individually and in practice from conception to operation and service. With our “supercharging your business” principle, we focus on the business of our customers. 85 employees work at the mobility transition in our own offices in Augsburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Flensburg, Hamburg, Lübeck and the headquarters of Reußenköge near Sylt.

For the GP JOULE Connect GmbH we are looking for the next possible time for our locations Reußenköge, Hamburg or Augsburg in full time (40h):

*Electric engineerin for technical operation in electromobility**

• Within our charging point management system, you are responsible for remote monitoring, control and ensuring the optimal operational readiness of the charging infrastructure systems and agree with our service technicians as needed
• You analyze disturbances remotely, prepare disturbance analyses and reports and document them
• You are researching and implementing measures for troubleshooting and, if necessary, for future trouble prevention
• You set charging points in the system, configure them and assist in their commissioning in close cooperation with our service technicians and the platform admin
• You are a contact person for technical questions, especially when commissioning and maintenance of technical components of the charging infrastructure, and act as an interface between project management, service technicians, customers and hardware manufacturers
• You prepare the evaluation of the operating codes for monthly and annual reports and start damage reports using PowerPoint or Excel

STR1

• You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering, are technicians*in*, master**in, or have a corresponding degree, and have at least two years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering.
• You are interested in the connections of the charging infrastructure and related technology and ideally have first experiences with a ticket system
• Your enthusiasm for open, direct and friendly communication is yours (German C2 level) in dealing with customers and employees
• You work independently, structured and reliable, bringing motivation and a practical approach
• You have self-initiative, coordination ability, safe handling with Microsoft Office 365, and good knowledge of VDE and DIN standards
• You will be ready to take over the planned weekend readiness in a rolling system in the future as soon as these were introduced
