The Department for oral, jaw, and plastic facial surgery of the GFO Clinics Mettmann Süd, located in St. Josef's Hospital Hilden, is under the head medical supervision of PD Dr. Markus Martini (Facharzt für Mund-, Kiefer- und Gesichtschirurgie, Plastische und Ästhetische Operations, Fachzahnarzt fÃ1⁄4r Oralchirurgie, arbeit)

The department offers state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatment of the entire spectrum of oral, jaw and plastic facial surgery. In addition to orthodontic surgery, operations of congenital malformations of the face and of the skull, the treatment of good and malignant tumor diseases, diseases of the salivary gland as well as oral joint disorders, there is a special focus on the restoration surgery of accident victims, implantology and dental surgical treatments.

We place particular emphasis on being on the latest state of science for our patients. This allows us to offer better and more effective treatment concepts. In addition to our main tasks of modern and competent patient care, we also carry out research projects at our clinic. You can view current research projects in our study register.

• They are responsible for the upper medical care of the stationary and outpatient patients: in the whole area of oral, jaw and facial surgery as well as for the surgical care.
• They actively contribute to the training and supervision of our assistant physicians and assistant physicians and participate in the conceptual development of the department.
• They support the development of our department and help shape the processes.
• They participate in readiness services.

• You are a specialist (m/w/d) for oral-Kiefer vision surgery.
• They already bring well-founded knowledge in the whole area of the mouth,- jaw, and plastic facial surgery.
• You have the pleasure of continuing and promoting young colleagues.
• They bring their own initiative and engagement in the development and optimization of medical processes in the area of oral, jaw and plastic facial surgery and their interdisciplinary interfaces.
• Team skills, reliability and empathy are part of our everyday work and should also be of course for you, because we are French, open, facing.
