Construction Supervision Technician (m/f/d)

You take over the execution planning of conservation, new construction and redevelopment measures in transport systems as well as engineering structures such as support walls or crossing structures You will accompany contractors and monitor the construction and warranty requirements of engineering and construction services In addition, you will take over the creation of award documents and the allocation of transport infrastructure measures. The technical examination and evaluation of offers as well as the documentation of contract data will complete your varied task

Prerequisite is a degree as a state-tested technician or state-tested technician (m/w/d) with the field of construction technology or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience You have good knowledge of technical guidelines such as RSA, ASR and VOB You also have a very good oral and written expressive capacity in German (at least C1) You have a valid class B licence

That would be desirable: You provide several years of professional experience in the implementation of road construction projects, preferably in the field of motorways, with You have good user knowledge in Microsoft Office and ideally in SAP
