Specialist Master Data and Authorization Management (m/f/d)

Together we ensure that our data world remains reliable, transparent and secure. In this role, you are responsible for the fact that master files are kept clean and the right people have the right access.

Master Data Care: You care, check and optimize our central master data (customers, suppliers, structures) and ensure their quality. Permission management: You forget, review and manage permissions in our IT systems and ensure that roles and accesses comply with the guidelines. Quality & transparency: Through clear structures, documentation and standards, you are responsible for data consistency and traceability. Interface work: You work closely with IT, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics and other departments to meet requirements and improve processes. Optimization & Digitization: You significantly shape the further development of our data and authorization concepts and drive central digitization initiatives autonomously.

Best conditions: A completed commercial or IT-related training – e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Fachinformatiker/-in or comparable. Working methods: You work carefully, structured and have a high quality of data and processes. Technical understanding: You are open to digital tools, data models and modern system architectures; Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, AS400, etc.) is a plus. You have good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ideally have first experience in authorization or role management. Own initiative: With your initiative, you can set decisive impulses and contribute significantly to the orientation of our future system and process landscape. Communication: You have the pleasure of cross-departmental cooperation and manage to understand technical and technical requirements.
