Senior Business Continuity Manager:in (m/f/d)

In your role, you take responsibility for the business-wide Business Continuity Management (BCMS) according to relevant standards and KRITIS regulations, focusing on crisis management in the business sector. You continuously develop the BCM system, implement corresponding regulations and check their effectiveness. You will also advance the development of the crisis management system, plan crisis management exercises and advertise them. You ensure the functionality of the operational crisis management, take on readiness and manage the crisis staff administratively. In addition, you design and carry out business impact analyses, risk analyses, protection requirements, and other measures for resilience. You create reports and maps for the board and management levels. In close cooperation with information security, risk management, IT security and other interfaces, you also represent BSR to supervisory and regulatory authorities.

Completed scientific higher education (Uni-Diplom/Master) with a focus on security management, emergency and crisis management or risk management or proof of recognition as “other: employees:r” Proven long-term, relevant professional experience – ideally in equivalent, responsible function in business continuity management, crisis management or risk management, as far as possible in a complex KRITIS or large-scale business environment Evidence-led BCM or crisis management projects with high corporate relevance (e.g. introduction/further development of a BCMS, establishment of crisis levels, large-scale emergency exercises) Recognised certification as “Krisenstabsleitung / BCM-Praktiker:in” or comparable certifications (e.g. DIN certification)
