VECTED GmbH has access to the entire production process of its products. Several world market leaders in the field of sports optics and wehrtechnik have been successfully using our technology for years. The state-of-the-art company building at the company headquarters in Fürth was purchased in 2016 and is approx. 10 km northwest of Nuremberg. Together with vhf elektronik GmbH, more than 50 employees are currently working there. To increase our team, we are looking for a

Creation of offers and order confirmations. Maintenance and management of product, customer and price data in the ERP system. Installation and processing of lists. Close cooperation with production, storage and quality assurance. Support and monitoring of quality documents and ISO certificates. Processing and tracking of customer complaints. Support for inventory. Organisation and documentation of meetings (protocols) Creation and evaluation of statistics and reports. Communication with ERP service providers for process optimization. Support of the telephone center.

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, office businessman/wife) or comparable. Experience in office organization and administrative processes. Secure handling of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally AUPOS). Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. High sense of responsibility, empathy and joy in dealing with people. Excellent communicative and organizational skills. Embossed customer orientation and team skills.
