Your main tasks:

› With the doctorate, the jobholders will support the research of the field of gender research in the context of early childhood education and pedagogical practice. The doctoral project should be located in the area of social inequalities, diversity, professional practices and processes in day care facilities.

› An active participation in the exchange within the group of doctoral students at the Social Work doctorate center is expected.

› The place includes teaching within 2-4 semester week hours.

Your profile:

› A Master's Degree in Social Work with Very Good Result

› They have experience in the field of social work with children in the context of daycare facilities and/or family centres. In addition, you have experience in the teaching of social work and in the training and training of educational professionals.

› Intensified knowledge acquired in continuing training in systemic consulting.
