The CJD is the largest non-profit Christian educational and social enterprise in Germany. For the ESF+-funded project “Unity in Diversity – Breakdown to an inclusive corporate culture in the social economy”, we are looking for a fee to develop digital self-learning offers. Together with the project team, you prepare technical content in a didactic manner and transfer it to the CJD's digital learning platform. In this context, practical e-learning courses are created for employees on topics such as inclusion, special education, pedagogy, digital skills and barrier-free material design. They therefore make an important contribution to the qualification of employees and to the development of an inclusive corporate culture.
