As a member of the “Annunciation and Billing” team, you will ensure that our modernization projects are handled legally and transparently across Germany. The following tasks come to you:

You create independent modernization announcements and bills according to §559 BGB for building and heating modernization Calculations and costs are checked for their correctness and profitability so that our modernization projects can be successfully implemented You will set up the necessary correspondences and set up the costs in accordance with the legal framework As a central commercial interface, you work closely with the regional units and our technical departments You support our customer support in detailed questions about the announcement and billing of modernization measures In addition, you have the opportunity to introduce your own ideas and further develop our processes for rent adjustment due to modernization

You have a commercial training - ideally with a focus on real estate - successfully completed You bring a high number affinity, as well as sound knowledge in the MS Office system, especially in Excel, with You are safe in dealing with legal issues and have ideally been able to gain experience in the field of mace law Through your high level of empathy and solution orientation, as well as your communication strength in word and writing, you meet the right sound in every situation Your high motivation and readiness to learn complete your profile
