As a responsible SAP HCM team leader (PGI) you will get the opportunity to independently manage exciting and innovative projects in the HCM with great professional design spaces at our client, a renowned Darmstadt company. You lead the HCM team, promote the further development of employees and conduct regular employee talks in coordination with the management You accompany and control the ongoing S/4HANA project as a central contact person and successfully lead the HCM environment into the new system landscape You accompany organizational changes, question existing HR processes and create modern, sustainable solutions With your understanding of the daily tasks in the HCM environment, you appreciate objections realistically, accompany the team hands-on and ensure a high acceptance of all changes.

Complete study of computer science / business informatics / mathematics or long-term professional experience in the field of activity described above You own the stuff to the leadership (or bring your first experience with you), emerge empathically as well as appreciation and quickly gain the acceptance of your team. You have a well-founded understanding in the core modules (preferably PA, PY, PT, OM) as well as first experiences with self-services and the S/4HANA world. You don't have to be the deepest detail-customizer in every module, but ''know what is spoken of'' Experience in project management as well as team skills, communication strength and high social and intercultural competence A pronounced analytical approach, organizational talent and the skill to keep track of restructuring. Structured and result-oriented working methods as well as reliable German in word and writing (min. C1 level)
