Employee Legal Contracts & Documentation (temporary parental leave replacement) (m/f/d)

You organize appointments, various mailboxes and other requests for the legal department and keep an overview. You actively shape the daily business and work with our lawyers. You manage the legal documents of our securities and real estate funds and ensure their quality. You are communicating with internal and external contact persons as well as the BaFin regarding our funds. You also work in topics from the real estate fund area. You calculate and control deadlines for everything to run on time. You check invoices and assign them to cost centers. You assemble meaningful reports for internal and external purposes. You update and start process descriptions to optimize our processes and introduce yourself with your idea. You are ready to take over special projects that bring change to your everyday life

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, also as a lawyer specialist or notariat specialist. You have experience in managing processes and documents. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a legal department or in a capital management company. You work very accurately, structured, reliable and keep track of multiple tasks. You don't let yourself be rested and you can handle stress. You communicate clearly and professionally – both internally and with external partners and authorities. You like cooperation with people and cross-disciplinary exchange You have a quick understanding and an eye for details. You are open to new topics and actively engage in projects. You're team-oriented. You are characterized by an independent, precise and result-oriented approach
