Financial Scheduling & Receivables Management Clerk (m/f/d)

Daily financial disposition and ensuring smooth payment including liquidity planning, cash pooling, payment runs and processing of foreign currency invoices Structured processing of overdue receivables including the transfer to debt collection service provider Processing of legal and insolvency cases including time-limit monitoring, correspondence and notification, enforcement and accounting settlement of claims Implementation of credit assessments for new and existing customers, as well as processing of inquiries from financial statements Support for credit insurance including limit management, balance reports, damage management and premium accounting Collection, management and supervision of bank guarantees Contact persons for banks, insurance companies, debt collection service providers, business agencies and other external partners

a successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on finance and accounting or a comparable qualification at least 3 years of professional experience in payment, financial disposition or receivable management good knowledge in handling ERP systems, ideally Business Central, as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel strong numerical affinity as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking independent, structured and careful working with a high sense of responsibility Communication capability and reliability
