Technical Object Manager (m/f/d)

Our subsidiary RVG – Rheinauhafen Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH – headquartered in Cologne, is responsible for managing the general areas in the Rheinauhafen. To support our team we are looking for you in part time (35 hours/week)!

You monitor and manage the private outdoor areas in the Rheinauhafen by regular object visits, document the state and coordinate the elimination of defects You co-ordinate and tax external service providers as well as construction sites, communicate with all participants (including security and authorities) and ensure a smooth running You process offers and orders independently – from costing to work preparation to follow-up You monitor deadlines and warranties, document relevant measures and ensure their timely implementation You coordinate and accompany measures to protect floods in cooperation with the municipal dewatering companies Cologne (StEB) and actively participate in the corresponding working group You support the commercial object management, provide contract and service provider data and, if necessary, take over administrative tasks, including accounting in SAP

You have completed craft training or a comparable qualification With your multi-year professional experience in technical building management as well as your knowledge in the coordination of technical processes and external service providers, you bring the necessary practical experience with With your structured and self-responsive way of working, your cost-consciousness as well as your pronounced service and solution orientation, you convince in everyday work In dealing with customers, partners and service providers, you score through your communication strength and professional appearance; you also have very good knowledge of German in word and writing Thanks to your class B driving license and your safe handling of MS Office applications, you are flexible and well organized
