Team Leader IT Repair Workshop (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the workshop team as well as promoting transparent, team-oriented cooperation Operation planning and capacity control as well as ensuring a structured, efficient and smoothly running day-to-day operation Responsibility for quality and timely repair of IT hardware and monitoring of all relevant service levels, quality standards and safety guidelines Analysis and optimization of repair processes including control of material and spare parts requirements, as well as the further development and monitoring of central KPIs such as throughput times, error rate and productivity. Identification of process deviations and introduction of sustainable improvement measures for the continuous development of workshop work Designing a learning-oriented team culture and participation in the implementation of strategic initiatives in the hardware service Close coordination with adjacent areas as well as direct communication with customers in technical clarifications, queries, escalations or special challenges during the repair process

Completed technical training in the IT environment or comparable qualification – also with further training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in an IT repair environment – ideally with leadership experience Good knowledge of analysis, diagnosis and repair of IT hardware Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and the development of ticket systems Clear and binding management personality with joy in employee development Hands-on-Mentiality, Structured Operation and Strong Solution Competence High communication strength and decision-making capability Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape change
