Maintenance, testing and production of product, material and master data taking into account customs and external economic requirements Tariff headings and tariff headings (HS code) Collection, maintenance and management of proof of origin and preferences Support and handling of import and export processes Creation and verification of customs documents and support for ATLAS applications Cooperation with forwarding, customers and suppliers

Export Control and Compliance Ensure compliance with customs, external economic and export controls Implementation of sanctions lists, embargo and export checks Assessment of dual-use properties and coordination with suppliers Support for audits, customs checks and internal compliance processes Observing legal changes and implementing new requirements

Contact person (m/w/d) for specialist departments in customs and external matters Implementation of internal training on relevant topics Creation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation Optimization of existing customs and export processes

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of industry, foreign trade, forwarding or logistics Knowledge of customs, foreign and export control law Experience in tariffing and dealing with rules of origin and preferences Good English knowledge of word and writing Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with internal and external partners
