Head of Production electronic assembly (m/f/d)

Operational and strategic overall responsibility for pre-production areas as well as leadership, empowerment and further development of a team of around 130 employees Further development of the sector strategy through organisational and process optimization and design of a future-oriented, agile production environment Control of transformation projects, including lean and operational excellence initiatives, and introduction of digital solutions and smart workflows Management of the supplier and partner network as well as participation in strategic investment planning to ensure efficient and resilient production Responsibility for the qualification, further development and coaching of the employees as well as the establishment of a learning-oriented, powerful team and leadership culture Ensuring quality, costs and timeliness through KPI-controlled performance management and implementing sustainable improvement programs

Complete study with focus on technology, production or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in leading functions of producing companies, ideally with leadership of executives in electronics, high-tech or series production Understanding Lean Management, Operational Excellence and Modern Project Management Methods Successful design and implementation of change and transformation processes in dynamic, complex organizational structures Embossed strategic thinking combined with high implementation competence and strong ownership confession High customer orientation and convincing communication and leadership skills Very good knowledge of German and English (at least level B2) and sovereign appearance for addressable communication with internal and external stakeholders
