Senior Store Facilities Coordinator (m/f/d)

You want to take responsibility and bring your knowledge and experience into the further development of our Store Facility processes? In the position as a Senior Store Facility Coordinator, you support ensuring high-quality, efficient and sustainable maintenance of our sites and are responsible for energy monitoring. You work closely with internal teams and external service providers, tax maintenance and service contracts, accompany procurement and procurement processes and monitor compliance with defined service and quality standards.

In addition, you support our Store Facility team in technical and operational issues, promote their professional development and support projects around our portfolio. The analysis and optimization of processes and energy consumption, the processing of complex landlord and government topics, as well as the support of the Team Leads in strategic and operational topics complete your versatile area of responsibility. Your tasks include: Monitoring, analysis and continuous optimisation of energy consumption in stores and deriving appropriate improvement measures Support in ensuring high-quality, efficient and sustainable maintenance of all branches technical support for the management of maintenance and service contracts and for tendering and award processes for external service providers Management and performance monitoring of external service providers, including ensuring agreed service levels, KPIs and cost specifications Support of the Store Facility team through coaching, knowledge transfer, operational support, and complex technical and operational issues Control and implementation of projects (sometimes coordinated by our headquarters in the Netherlands) in connection with branch changes and operational requirements Processing of complex landlord and government topics in close cooperation with the departments Acquisition, Portfolio and Project Management

A successfully completed commercial or technical training Multiannual facility management experience, preferably in retail or in a similar environment Energy Monitoring Experiences Knowledge of the maintenance and maintenance of buildings and technical installations A high level of customer and service orientation as well as hand-on mentality and organizational ability Understanding quality management and service provider control experience in managing suppliers and contracts, as well as budget management Ability to analyze and implement optimization measures Joy in working in a dynamic environment High enthusiasm for changes and developments Very good knowledge of the MS Office package Good English knowledge of word and writing Readiness to travel for occasional store visits
