You actively shape the global product launches and drive improvements in production processes. By implementing and optimizing best practices, you increase efficiency, quality and reproducibility in global production lines. You plan and coordinate the integration of new products into existing and new production lines and ensure smooth implementation worldwide. With international teams from research & development, quality, logistics and manufacturing, you work closely together to establish best practices globally. You create process documentation, work instructions and training materials that ensure knowledge transfer to all locations. Production problems analyze systematically, develop sustainable solutions and support the teams worldwide in their implementation. You monitor costs, dates and quality during product launches and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations.
Complete studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable field of expertise. At least 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, ideally when introducing new products into production. Funded knowledge in production processes, design for manufacturing and manufacturing planning and control. Safe handling of CAD systems, ERP systems and process simulation tools. Strong communication and experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams. Project management experience and analytical skills to solve production problems.
