In the Project Management Office (PMO), you take responsibility for lean management and strategic scheduling. Together with the alliance partners, you develop and establish efficient and advanced lean methods and processes in all planning and execution phases of the project. As part of the modernization and expansion of campus development Helmut-Schmidt-Universität (HSU), we create the highest structural standards for research and teaching together and develop a pioneering and sustainable science location. You take over the role of Senior Project Management in the PMO, focusing on Agile's project management and strategic scheduling as part of the IPA major project and working closely with all Allianz partners: control the Lean strategy and drive the implementation of the Lean-Construction methods (LPS, TVD) in the IPA context with the project participants, keep the continuous, overriding time reporting in your hands to monitor the progress of the project, advise and support the project alliance in the development, optimization and application of LEAN standards and digital coordination processes; and plan and conduct as a central contact: in Lean trainings and collaborative workshops on appointment management.

Required Graduate (master or equivalent) of the field of civil engineering, architecture or an adjacent field of study; or skills and experience equivalent to the university degree; or as an official or Official: Qualification for category 2, second entry office of technical services You can also apply if you have the capability for the category 2, first entry office of the technical service department and are already in a position of at least the grade A12.
