You work closely and in partnership with Actuariat, Damage, Product Marketing, Law and IT. Education: You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments with a well-founded professional experience in the insurance field or a successfully completed study of economics (ideally with a focus on insurance). Experience: You bring experience in product development or from an operating area with the focus on private customers and project management, also with agile approaches. In addition, you have a basic understanding of the functioning and the sales and process requirements of insurance products in the private customer segment. Knowledge: You know the relevant planning, decision-making and presentation techniques and have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel. Complex issues can be presented in a precise and comprehensible way by communicating with the address. Personality: You like to work in the team, act independently and committed. A pronounced sales, customer and service orientation is of course for you. You know how to convince and inspire the team by your strong analytical skills and your structured independent working.
