Planning, control and monitoring of transport (national/international) Creation and maintenance of logistical documents (e.g. delivery documents, freight documents, customs documents) Coordination with forwardings, suppliers, internal specialist departments and customers Date tracking and ensuring timely movement of goods Management and optimization of logistic master data Processing of complaints with focus on logistical processes Support in process analysis and improvement projects Commissioning, loading and unloading support

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding, industrial purchase, logistics management or comparable Experience in transport logistics, dispatch processing or order control ERP knowledge in the field of MS-BC of advantage (learnable as part of the incorporation) Safe handling of office applications Structured, solution-oriented operation Communication strength and organisational skills Forklift license of advantage (can also be done via the company)
