From 01.11.2026 we are looking for a machine operator (m/w/d) riveting technology for the Nordenham site. The position is particularly suitable for experienced plant operators, machine operators, machining mechanics and metal specialists who want to bring their knowledge in industrial production and aircraft assembly.

You operate and monitor modern rivet systems for processing and assembly of aircraft structural components. Machines and plants are adjusted according to the specified production parameters and ensure a smooth production process. You carry out processing operations according to defined process and control procedures and ensure compliance with the technical specifications. Tools, devices and components can be installed professionally and the machines are ready for the respective production orders. You check the processing results using the specified component definitions and reference parts and ensure the required production quality.

You have completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, machining mechanic or in a comparable metalworking profession. You bring more than three years of professional experience in industrial production or production, ideally in machine or plant operation. You understand technical production processes safely and bring the willingness to work into modern riveting technology and automated production facilities. You work independently, carefully and quality-consciously and convince with team skills, flexibility and willingness to learn. You have knowledge of German and are ready to work in the 4-shift system.
