Nurse / Quality Officer (m/f/d)

In our advita houses we provide our residents like on an outpatient tour in their own apartments or WG rooms. Because these rooms and apartments are all in the advita house, of course we have no problems with traffic jams, parking spaces or bad weather.

The really great advantage in the advita house however is that old care does not have to go quickly and husch husch, because with us fewer residents come to a nursing power than in many other facilities. This is especially appreciated by colleagues who worked in a hospital or a nursing home beforehand.

The short paths in the house additionally save time that we can spend at the client instead of in the car. In addition, professional care and household workers take a lot of work on us. For our branch in Gotha, we are looking for a nursing specialist (m/w/d) in the outpatient area at the next time. The job is to be filled both in full time (38 hours/week) and in parttime.

Your duties

• Professional implementation of basic and treatment care

• Cross-departmental work in living, nursing and outpatient outdoors

• Instruction of employees in relation to the implementation of care documentation

• Control and submission of documents in the context of quality checks

• Implementation and preparation of external quality tests and tests by other external audit bodies

• Support in the technical guidance and review in the form of collegial care instructions

This will bring you

• Completed three-year training in nursing or nursing

(m/w/d) or the willingness to complete this training

• Class B driving licence
