MCG Merchandising & Consulting Grove GmbH, based in Norderstedt/Hamburg, is a specialized service provider for individual merchandising and special promotional products. Our customers include top clubs of the Football Bundesliga, sponsors and well-known industrial companies. We develop individual products and collections – from idea to design to production in Europe and Asia. We offer a 360-degree service concept that includes design, development, production, packaging, quality control and logistics. Our agency operates internationally and has many years of experience in the production of high-quality merchandising and promotional products. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated freelance sales representative (m/w/d) with passion for customer consulting, brand communication and sales.

Active new customer acquisitions in the fields of sports, industry and trade Support and development of existing customer relationships Presentation of our product and service spectrum (individual merchandising products, corporate fashion, promotional products) Analysis of customer needs and development of suitable solutions Close cooperation with our internal design and production team Participation in relevant events, fairs or customer appointments (optional by arrangement)

Experience in sales, ideally in the field of merchandising, advertising or B2B services Embossed communicative skill and professional appearance Self-employed, structured and entrepreneurial work Joy in networking and long-term customer development Good knowledge of German and English willingness to work freely on commission or project basis Self-employed and structured work Safe handling of MS Office and CRM systems self-sufficient, self-sponsored, rapid understanding, economic understanding
