This makes this job interesting for me: I work close to the projects and products that allow the energy transition in Germany and Europe. I work directly at the interface between new technologies and users and I actively contribute to how new solutions are introduced into the system management of 50Hertz. In doing so, I combine technical understanding with organizational talent and communication and make sure that our products are as convincing in reality as the prototype. My tasks: structuring, planning and coordination of user acceptance tests (UAT) with specialist areas, projects and product teams, establishing clear test processes, standards and templates for consistent testing, Close cooperation with product owners, project managers and users (including system operators) to define test cases and scenarios; coordination and moderation of test runs as well as documentation and tracking of results, ensuring transparency and clarity when testing progress, risks and decreases, Continuous development of test methods and tools to efficiently and modernise specialist tests/business testing, Exchange and alignment with interface testing (including software testing and testing guild).

Studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics / Statistics or Comparative Education, Experience in the field of user acceptance testing, quality assurance or test management with proven successes, Ability to make complex technical facts understandable and to translate between technical and IT languages, technology affinity and interest in new technologies as well as modern testing strategies (including test automation), Enabler Mindset: Joy in supporting, structuring teams and ensuring clear processes understanding for users and their requirements as a basis for application-oriented testing, experience in the energy industry or in the operation of critical infrastructures; organizational design: structured, proactive and solution-oriented, communication strength and joy in cooperation with various stakeholders, Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing (C1). No need, but of advantage: Experience with Test Management Tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, TestRail, Cypress, Playwright), basic knowledge of test automation and/or interface testing, knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe), Understanding energy management processes or power grid operation.
